Nigel Willifer

Commercial Director

Nigel is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 38 years construction and development experience. He has significant residential expertise including 18 years with the award-winning housebuilder, Rydon Group. Nigel

Nigel oversees all contractual, commercial and procurement activity. He holds membership of the RICS, CIARB and CIOB.

Terry Spencer

Commercial Director

Terry has a wealth of experience in project management across a range of sectors. Terry currently works across several Blakesley developments, overseeing the commercial aspects.

John Freeland

Construction Director

John is construction director and a results-led Project Director with 35 years construction and development experience. John has commercial City of London office experience leading the headquarters refit for BP and RBS’s. He has also delivered large scale projects in London for market leaders; Rydon, Galliard, Lendlease and Berkeley. John has responsibility for both construction activity and arranging development finance for all Blakesley projects.

Anna Spencer

Sales & Marketing Director

Anna has worked on multiple projects with Blakesley Estates since 2008. She has extensive experience in residential sales and is currently heading the sales and marketing within the Monmouth Park project.

Andy Annear

Engineering Manager

Andy is a key member of the construction team, being responsible for all the design and site engineering requirements on our developments. He is a graduate of the world-renowned, Cambourne School of Mines in Cornwall and has since worked all around the world on many high profile and challenging civils projects.

Lee Parsons

Project Manager

Lee has vast residential construction experience gained on many projects throughout the UK over the last 30 years. His experience with Blakesley started in 2007 with the commencement of major construction activity in the South West.

Mick Baldey

Finishing Manager

Mick is currently working on the Monmouth Park development, ensuring all homes are finished to an exemplary standard. Mick has 30 years’ experience in residential finishing.

Chloe Scanlon

Finance Manager

Chloe has worked in the financial sector for over 15 years. Chloe is responsible for accounts, finance, CIS and payroll.

Mel Wood

Construction Manager

Mel is responsible for groundworks in the early stages of each new development. Mel works across all Blakesley developments.

Jo Stevens

Buying Director

Jo is responsible for sourcing construction materials and internal fittings across all of our developments. Jo has extensive experience in high-quality procurement.

Dave Beckey

Engineering Apprentice

Dave works alongside Andy, responsible for ground levels and the layout of new roads on developments.
